How to make peanut butter in the factory?
Roasting
First we need to pick out the impurities and mold, insects and unripe particles from the peanut kernels. Peeling
A roasted peanut peeling machine is used to peel peanuts after the peanut temperature drops to below 45°C. The equipment is equipped with a gravity sorter or a suction machine to remove the peanut red skin. Then the peanut chopping equipment will chop the peanuts.
Grinding and filling
After that, the peanut butter grinder is used to grind the peanuts to make peanut butter. Many customers will choose the peanut butter maker with a secondary grinding function. This allows the peanuts to be ground to a fineness of about 7 microns. The outlet temperature of both grinds is controlled above 68°C. After two times grinding peanut butter needs to be mixed well in a large mixing tank.
Then the air bubbles of peanut sause are eliminated by degassing the device. The finished peanut butter should be immediately cooled by a cooling machine to reduce the temperature in the peanut butter. When the temperature drops to below 45 ℃ into the container. The appropriate temperature for loading into the container is 29.4 ~ 43.3 ℃. After loading, the finished sauce should enter the maturation process for more than 48 hours. Finally, the finished peanut butter is packed with peanut butter filling machine.
