Introduction of pine nut
Pine nuts are of high edible value and are rich in unsaturated fatty acids, such as linoleic acid and linoleic acid. It can lower blood lipids and prevent cardiovascular disease. Lebanese pine nut is also called red pine nut. The pine nut is the seed kernel of Pinus koraiensis, also known as a sea pine nut.
Brazil Pakistan pine nut is also known as ivory pine nut, chilgoza. It has many nutritional values, preventing cardiovascular diseases, nourishing and moisturizing the lung, smoothing the intestines, and relaxing bowel movements. Brazil pine nut is produced in a pine forest that is about to disappear in the Balginal region of western Pakistan bordering Afghanistan. It turns out that Brazil pine nut is actually another name for Western Pakistan pine nut.
Lebanese pine nut production line
The main procedures of Lebanese pine nut processing are pine cone removing, grading, shelling, and separation of shells and kernels. The processing line can also be equipped with manual pine cone harvesters.
Pine nut threshing machine
The machine is to thresh pine nuts from pine cones, and at the same time to remove impurities of pine nuts. It mainly consists of a drum, wind machine, sieve. And it could match with a feeding hopper. The machine can use electric motors, diesel engines, and gasoline engines as power sources. There are double fans or triple fans. It is similar to the grain multifunctional thresher.
Through the high-speed rotating rotor and drum, pine nuts are separated from pine cones by the screen holes. Residues are discharged from the outlet, and the impurities are discharged from the wind machine. The feeding port is located on the upper part of the machine. Pine cones enter the threshing chamber through the feeding port, and pine nuts fall off by the high-speed rotating rotor in the threshing chamber and are separated through the sieve holes. There is a baffle at the lower part of the feeding port to prevent falling pine nuts from splashing and hurting people.
When working, start the motor to drive the threshing roller and wind machine to rotate. Put pine cones into the hopper. Raw materials will automatically slide down and enter the threshing chamber. Through the working of the roller, pine cones firstly collided with the swing screen, and pine nuts fell off. Pine cones are thrown out of the discharge port to realize the separation of pine cones and pine nuts. Nut grading machine
This classifier is used to grade pine nuts. It has three levels. Customers can customize different levels. The machine includes three parts: upper hopper, screw elevator, and grading screen. The mesh of the grading screen is flat, which adapts to the shape of pine nuts.
Nut shelling machine
It includes a hopper, a spiral elevator, a shelling host, a sorting screen section, and a leaf spring screen. The combination of friction and collision improves the efficiency of shelling and reduces the crushing rate. The gap of the sheller roller can be adjusted according to the size of the material to increase the rate of opening the shell and reduce the rate of broken kernels. The equipment is easy to operate, highly automated, safe and reliable, beautiful and durable.
Shell kernel separator machine
The machine includes an input hopper, spiral elevator, shell kernel separator, and twin-outlet elevator. It achieves separation through vibration. And the shells will be on the lower side and the kernel on the upper side. This separator part can also apply to almond separating.
Pakistan pine nut processing line
The processing flow of chilgoza is similar to that of Lebanese pine nuts. That is pinecone removing, grading, drying, humidification, peeling, and separation of skin and kernel.
Pine nut rotary screen
This rotary machine is also used to remove pine cones from pine nuts. Through continuous rotation of the machine, and friction between pine cones and the inner screen, achieving the separating effect. Because the size of sieve holes is different, it can separate the pine cone fragments and pine nuts. This is similar to a roller classifier.
The grading process of Pakistan pine nuts is the same as that of Lebanese pine nuts. After grading, the pine nuts need to pass through a drying box and a humidifying box and then peeling.
Pine nut peeling and separating equipment
The pine nut skin remover is to remove the skin of pine nuts and separate shell and kernel. It includes a feeding funnel, screw elevator, sorting sieve section, and electric control cabinet. It elevates pine nuts by vibrating to avoid breaking the nuts. The vibrating screen has two layers. The unshelled pine nuts will be separated by the mesh, then they are conveyed by the vibrating screen and enter the screw elevator. Peeled pine nuts will drop from the mesh and go out to the side outlet directly.
Features of pine nut production line
