The mesh belt dryer is a special type of equipment developed on the basis of the traditional net belt dryer. It has strong pertinence, practicability and high energy efficiency. It is widely used in the dehydration and drying of various regional and seasonal vegetables and fruits.
The mesh belt dryer consists of a feeder, a drying bed, a heat exchanger and a draining fan.
When the mesh belt dryer works, the cold air is heated through the heat exchanger, and a scientific and reasonable circulation mode is adopted to make the hot air pass through the dry material on the bed surface to carry out the uniform heat and mass exchange. The heat air circulation in each unit of the body is circulated under the action of the circulating fan, and the air is discharged at the low temperature and high humidity at last. Gas, smooth and efficient to complete the whole drying process.
The mesh belt dryer can satisfy the drying and large batch production of vegetable materials such as root, stem, leaf type, block, sheet and large granule, and can keep the nutrient content and color of the product to the maximum.
The typical dry materials are garlic slice, pumpkin, carrot, konjac, yam, bamboo shoots, horseradish, onion, apple, dried shrimps and so on.
The drying area, wind pressure, air volume, drying temperature and net belt running speed can be adjusted to suit the characteristics and quality requirements of vegetables.
